Just a quick note a about a plugin for Lightroom from OnOne that adds layers functionality. I haven’t tried yet.

I had been trying to come to grips with Lightroom for some time and would just throw up my hands in despair. I just could not relate to it — and I have a degree in CS. I wasn’t for lack of understanding. I stumbled on your Lightroom tutorials, watched almost all of them over a couple days, and can finally say that the light came on. Thank you for doing such a great series. I was glad to read, also, that you have enough revenue to leave them up for a while. They are a treasure.

Thank you.

I just noticed you will be taking your LR blog posts down at the end of the month. Will the video tutorials still be available on vimeo?

Tutorials are staying up! I am refining and revamping things but for now they stay – hope that helps!

I have been working hard to get through these tutorials before August 31 and didn’t make it so I was happy to see that they are still up on September 1. These tutorials are great. I too was throwing up my hands trying to learn Lightroom and I know Photoshop well so I know it wasn’t all my fault that I didn’t get it.

Hi Kayla,
Thanks so much for keeping these tutorials up. I was with you all the way on this course and loved everything you shared with us. I am still however trying to get this set up properly and need to refer back to your class notes and videos frequently when I forget how or why I need to do things. I know you have helped so many and continue to do so through your site and all that you share.
