We covered Text Filters now we’ll cover Attribute Filters. So many different ways to organize in Lightroom…
Now for links for a few of the items I mentioned in the video:
The DAM Book: Digital Asset Management for Photographers
Adobe Lightroom 3 – The Missing FAQ – Real Answers to Real Questions asked by Lightroom UsersThis book wasn’t mentioned but is my FAVORITE Lightroom book (After you receive your book you can download the free *searchable* PDF version worth about $25 US). This is the best book I’ve found on Lightroom.

Kayla-
if one converts their PNG’s in LIghtroom to TIFF, and the PNG’s already had keywords, will those keywords still be there after it’s turned into a TIFF?
Kayla Lamoreaux
Even though the PNG files seem to be keyworded, the problem is PNG files have no way to store them so even though they look keyworded, if you make any change to the file, you will most likely lose the metadata (in all my tests I’ve never seen them come through). Check out this video to see it live in action – http://www.digiscrap101.com/2011/01/the-road-to-lightroom-is-paved-with-png-files.html

Kayla, some designers give you shadowed and unshadowed copies of their elements. Do you keep both of them, or do you delete the shadowed copy and plan to do your own shadowing?
Kayla Lamoreaux
Great question! Right now I am keeping them both – just so I have the option of a quick drop shadowed product if I’m not in the mood to make my own.
